What's the best and most affordable video card out there?

Is there a video card that can run games smoothly on a 1360 x 786 resolution and can be affordable?



I want a laptop... not a PC...



Please give me video card names.. and not laptop names

Generally, though, any AMD cards offer good value for your money, and you won't need anything stronger than a 6770 for that res.
