My brother is looking for the best LOW PROFILE video card available for under 50$. He plays games like combat arms and silk road. He also wants to start playing CS:S when getting this card. It can vary from 50-65 dollars.|||Like the highlander, there can be only one.... the Radeon 4650.

Unfortunately no manufacturer seeems to make low-profile versions of the 4670, which is almost twice as fast. It's a shame because the 4670 only costs $10 more than the 4650 (full-height cards)
But the Radeon 4650 is still faster than a GeForce 9500GT. And that's it for competition in your price range.
While low-profile versions of the GeForce 9600GT and 9800GT do exist, they're more expensive ($85-$100) and have overheating issues.|||Which currency are you talking about?
