What's the cheapest Video/Graphics card with 512MB?

Everything else I have is great, but my graphics card is terrible. A lot of people are saying it. 4GB RAM, 1TB HDD, 3.2Ghz Dualcore, etc. My graphics card is a Intel HD Core, which seems to be incompatible for recent games, but it works fine for free games, since that's mostly what I play, free FPS games and MMORPGs and all, but I want to make my computer a real Gaming Computer! I need a good Graphics/Video Card.|||A video card isn't the only thing you'll need to make a gaming computer.

For a video card to work it needs a good power supply. Power supplies have different wattage ratings -- before buying a video card, you need to check and see what the manufacturer (or hardware reviewers) say about it's power consumption. Many cards require a 450 watt to a 500 watt power supply.

There's more to a video card than just memory. You could buy a video card with 1GB of video RAM that costs $59, but it won't play any games because it's still a cheap card with low graphics processing capabilities. A crap card is a crap card -- no matter how much RAM you stick on it.

You also mentioned a dual core CPU but didn't specifically state what model it is.

If it's a Pentium 4 or a Pentium D, or an Athlon 64 x2 equivalent, you most probably won't be playing much games since they are obsolete processors.

If this is the case, you will need a complete system overhaul or a brand new computer. Usually the latter is the best option.

If you have a Core 2 Duo or better CPU (post 2008 model) you can upgrade your computer by adding in a graphics card and upgrading the power supply.

What's the best card to buy nowadays? Check on Toms Hardware's Buying guide:
