Which video card is better overall?

Ok here's the thing: I am a computer dummy. I know a lot of the basics, etc., but there are a lot of things I have no clue about.

I am looking at 2 laptops, with 2 different video cards. One has a 512MB NVIDIA 9600M GT card, the second has an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD.

Which one of these is better? Thanks!|||The nVidia card can play the latest games on at least medium low to medium settings. The Intel Graphics Media would struggle with even 2-year old titles. Take a look at the list of notebook graphics cards in the link for a good idea of how video cards stack up.|||The Nvidia will significantly outperform the Intel.|||the nVidia one is significantly better. Intel graphic cards are extremely crappy for gaming.|||Graphics Media Accelerators dont even qualify as graphics cards IMO
