Video Card - Worth it to buy and install?

I'm getting a little better at working on my pc. Was wondering if a video card makes for a better view. I'm not really into gaming, but this would be kind of for fun. But if I won't be able to tell the difference, then I won't bother.|||it all depends on what graphic card u are currently using ..whether its an onboard one or uve added one or it was supplied by the brand..

If its the onboard or some old one then putting in a graphic card will improve quality and speed of graphic processing applications like photoshop..

If it is a graphic card that is not very old then you wont notice much of a difference other that a bit faster processing..

Hope i helped

Smarth|||if you are not into gaming it is not worth buying a good one.o difrence|||Well if you have a monitor with great resolution like 1080p or 1920x1200 you could more in likely see some difference in video quality.|||Windows Vista Aero feature utilizes graphic card power to render those fancy graphic effect

Same goes for upcoming Windows 7

if you plan on upgrading your this computer to these new OS, a graphic card will do you good

Even a cheap GeForce 9500GT or the GeForce 9600GSO is powerful enough for you to enjoy these features

It would be a waste if you buy windows 7 and realized you do not have the graphic power to enjoy the new graphical effects.|||Bro if u r not into gaming or animation i suggest u better forget it.
