How do lI change or replace the video card on a gateway computer build in 2002?

I do not see where a video card sets with how the mother board is set.|||The card is probably built into the chipset and can be disabled in the BIOS. You will need to install the correct video card before doing this, AGP, PCI, PCI-e, ISA, ect. ISA is a little out dated for your computer.

Being built in that means you can't remove it, so you have to install one, disable the old one and start using the new one that you plugged into the graphics slot. All this would be something you do in the BIOS.

Check out your BIOS before changing anything to see what you can do in there.|||Circuit city is offering free computer checks. Take it to them they are great computer doctors. They even give you qoutes on the cost of repair.
