Difference between graphics card and i video card?

Hi, Can any one tell me what the difference between a graphics card and a video card is.|||...

there is no difference|||there one of the same things.. people use the different words to mean the same thing..but you can get a video capture card.|||Their mode of functions/capabilities are different but both are designed under different tech for same purpose!|||Different name.
