Can I upgrade my video card to play m4v files (used for video podcast), or do I need a faster processor?

Current processor is Pentium III 733 Mhz, and video card is nvidia GeForce 2 MX/MX 400 with 32 mb of video ram (AGP slot). When I try to play M4v files, the video does not play back properly.|||what you need to do is go to google and search for "M4V codec download" and the chances are you will get numerous sites. Once you do that install the codec then use your default media player to open the video file.|||download a sound editor and convert the .mp4 (itunes format) to .mp3 (music format)

goldwave is a good program and it's free - also download the lamewin32 file (also in the same website just below the goldwave download) - lame is a .mp3 encoder
