I do home recording & need a quiet gpu fan so I would like to buy a cheap video card with a more silent fan. As of now i just have a loud:

I recently purchased one of these low profilecards, it has a fan and I can't even hear it. VGA, HDMI and DVI outputs and has been running great for me and only cost $43AUD, but would no doubt be cheaper elsewhere like the U.S to get one.

You might not be able to see it well in the image they show, but it does indeed have HDMI, just they used a generic stock picture with a bracket that covers it. Mine has all 3 ports as they should be.
a cheaper option would be to just buy a new fan if the card still works fine for you,most are just a couple of screws and a small connection to unclip to replace and takes 5 seconds to do.|||http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductLis…
