Guys i want to change my video card but first i want to kno that my video card is ddr2,ddr1 or ddr3?

IS THERE ANY WAY THAT I CAN CHECK MY VIDEO CARD DDR WITHOUT OPENING THE CPU?|||go to www.filehippo.com and download a simple software called GPU-Z 0.3.4

Its in the Benchmarking section|||Right click "My Computer" choose "Properties" "Device Manager" "Display Adapters" and it should give you a model number (for example, mine says "ATI 4800 series"). Google that number and it will tell you all about it.

Considering you're afraid to open your computer, I'm guessing you didn't build it, so it's probably got onboard video. DDR on your video card doesn't matter, it doesn't have to match with your system DDR, they're on completely different busses, and have nothing to do with each other.|||GPUz http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/|||To change video card ( graphics card ) you need not bother about the type of memory the video card is using. The only thing you have to check is the slot type like pci-express, agp etc. The motherboard memory type and graphics card memory type can be different.
