Will Sapphire Radeon 5450 1GB video card work with dell optiplex gx620?

I am buying a new video card to upgrade dell optiplex gx620, I just need to know if a Sapphire Radeon 5450 1GB video card is compatible with is.|||That PC has a vacant x16 PCIe graphics expansion slot. The HD 5450 is not awesome but a significant upgrade to the anemic onboard graphics. And the HD 5450 should not stress your PC's power supply because it only draws 19 Watts max.|||Link in sources shows that your system supports full height video cards. Have you looked inside to make sure you are getting the right size? (lo-pro vs. full)

As far as power requirements it looks like you need to look at the sticker on your power supply and see what the output is. Some optiplexes have a 240W while some others have a 305W and there may be some other sizes too. Either way there are a couple other makers with the 5450 that recommend 350W and 400W power supplies.

Don't know that I would risk it.
