How to Update the driver for your video card and Audio card? Explain it very clearly please. I am new to computers. i am having Intel(R) 82810 Graphics Controller (Microsoft Corporation) Driver. Version: 6.13.01.3198. How to update it as I am not able to play Cricket 2005 with this. I am having the following Audio card Intel(r) Integrated Audio Driver: Version: 5.10.3523. How to update it|||If you have Windows XP you can go to the start menu in the bottom left hand corner.

Then on the menu look for control panel-left click & open it.

When the window opens click on 'change to classic view" (if your C.P. isn't already in that mode)Look for the icon that says 'system'.open it by left clickiing on the folder.

Look for the tab at the top that says'hardware',left click on that tab.

An option on that page will say'device manager'.click on it.

Look at the list of your hardware,find 'display adapters',click on the little plus sign next to that.A discription of your graphics card will drop down.

Right click on the description,then left click on 'update driver.'

The pc will automatically do the updating.

Repeat the same with your audio card.

When your done just close all the open windows & it's best to usually restart your pc so that the updates take affect.Good luck.|||The previous answer for your question is good. Just on change. Instead of going through all the girations to get to device manager, just click Start then Run and type devmgmt.msc click ok or hit the enter key, you will be in device manager. Then follow the rest of the instructions on the previous post.
